Bradford A. Fuller is a visual artist, author, and publisher based in Brownfield, Maine. His work explores material culture, landscape, and visual evidence as ways of understanding local and regional history. He is the founder of Edge Editions, an independent publishing imprint devoted to place-based historical research and visual scholarship in western Maine.
Fuller is the author of Fryeburg, Maine: An Illustrated History (2023) and Brownfield, Maine: An Illustrated History (2019). His research is grounded in long-term archival work, including the restoration and interpretation of historical photographs and documents.
His work has been supported by the Stephen and Tabitha King Foundation, the Maine Arts Commission, and regional historical societies.
He studied at the Montserrat School of Visual Art and the Art Institute of Boston and has worked for more than five decades across photography, painting, printmaking, graphic design, publishing, and archival research.
