Bradford A. Fuller is a visual artist, author, and publisher based in Brownfield, Maine. His work explores material culture, landscape, and visual evidence as ways of interpreting local and regional history. Fuller is the founder of Edge Editions, an independent publishing imprint devoted to place-based historical research and visual scholarship in western Maine.
He is the author of Fryeburg, Maine: An Illustrated History (2023) and Brownfield, Maine: An Illustrated History (2019). His research draws on long-term archival work, including the restoration of historical photographs and documents, emphasizing the material traces through which history becomes legible.
His work has been supported by the Stephen and Tabitha King Foundation, the Maine Arts Commission, and regional historical societies. Fuller studied at the Montserrat School of Visual Art and the Art Institute of Boston.
